2 years old, a big girl… but with a little heart, a little shy at first. I won’t lie to you: at first I’ll look at you a little suspiciously. I might even take a few steps back. Not because I don’t want to… but because I haven’t learned what it’s like to feel truly safe yet. But if you give me a little time (and a little patience), you’ll see something magical: I’ll trust you. And then… I’ll be attached to you forever.
I was found in a deserted field with my siblings. They found a home… I was left behind. Now I’m still waiting, behind the bars of the kennel, for my turn.
Some things about me:
✔️ I am calm and gentle (drama free… I just want my time)
✔️ I haven’t learned to walk yet – not because I don’t want to, but because there was no time to show me how
✔️ I get along great with other dogs (I already live with 2 roommates)
✔️ Every day I am becoming more and more courageous – my caregiver says so! I am looking for a person who will not rush me. Who will understand that the most beautiful relationships are built slowly.
