I don’t know who started the rumors that I’m a bit… chubby, but I’m not going to lie. If I hear a bag of treats being opened, I suddenly gain superpowers. Besides food, I have another quality. Look at my face! I have a little heart on my forehead, as if nature wanted to warn you in advance that I was only made for love.
I’m incredibly affectionate, I love people and they say my gaze constantly shouts “I love you”. I don’t understand it… it’s just the way I look at you all. I live with my friends, Nicoletta and Kristi, and we get along just fine. I’m sociable, kind and I don’t look for fights. Only for… some cookies. I’m calm on walks. Of course, my nose has a different opinion. It’s permanently stuck to the ground, because someone has to read the neighborhood news. If I linger a little longer in one place, I’m not stuck… it’s just that the article was interesting. No one knows what I went through before I found myself. All we know is that I showed up alone, exhausted, in the bad weather. No one came looking for me. No one looked for me.
But I don’t hold a grudge. I keep wagging my tail, loving people and believing that somewhere there is someone who will love me as much as I do… and maybe share a piece of their toast. (Okay, I’m being humorous!)
